C For Coffee began with a stubborn belief: that a neighbourhood deserves great coffee without the fuss. Six years on, we still roast every bean ourselves.
From one second-hand roaster to a Bandra ritual.
We opened with a single drum roaster in the back, a borrowed espresso machine, and a chalkboard menu. The plan was simple — source honestly, roast small, and treat every cup like it matters.
Word spread the way it does in a good neighbourhood: slowly, then all at once. Today we bake fresh each morning, keep the chai traditional, and still know our regulars' orders by heart.
